{"id":6070,"date":"2020-09-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-08-31T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.boehmert.de\/online-conference-of-the-bmjv-on-data-economy-ai-and-intellectual-property-with-dr-martin-schaefer\/"},"modified":"2022-08-09T14:09:54","modified_gmt":"2022-08-09T12:09:54","slug":"online-conference-of-the-bmjv-with-dr-martin-schaefer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.boehmert.de\/en\/online-conference-of-the-bmjv-with-dr-martin-schaefer\/","title":{"rendered":"Online conference of the BMJV on &#8220;Data economy, AI and intellectual property&#8221; with Dr. Martin Schaefer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Within the framework of the German Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Federal Government organises numerous conferences and events, mostly of a virtual nature, including a conference entitled &#8220;Data Economy, AI and Intellectual Property&#8221; organised by the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection (BMJV).<\/p>\n<p>The event, which will take place exclusively online on 8 September 2020, is intended to create the basis for a status quo assessment from an intellectual property perspective and to address the question of what challenges will arise now and in the future from the use of artificial intelligence for the data economy and for intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n<p>Following the conference, two workshops on copyright are planned, also online. One of these will be led and moderated by BOEHMERT &amp; BOEHMERT attorney <a href=\"\/en\/teams\/martin-schaefer\/\">Dr. Martin Schaefer<\/a> together with Prof. Dr. Ing. Nobert Gronau.
