The selected group of high-profile in-house and outside counsel will participate in a week-long program at the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft, Munich, where they will meet a variety of representatives from the Germany industry and law firms, as well as high ranking patent judges.\n  <\/p>\n<p>One highlight of this year\u2019s program will be a patent infringement mock trial conducted by Federal Supreme Court judge, Dr. Klaus Grabinski. From the patent attorneys\u2019 side, the group will be hosted by Thomas L.
