The focus of investment clearly rests on technology companies active in the financial sector. The acquisition of LPA Group, based in Frankfurt, fits exactly into this target group: As of 1999, it has developed software solutions for banks and asset managers and counts around 200 employees.<span><\/span>\n  <\/p>\n<p>SKYE PARTNERS has been active as a corporate and transaction law firm since February 2018 and has specialized in company law, venture capital, private equity and M&#038;A. Here, the firm uses web-based technology in order to form and coordinate customised teams for complex transactions.
