For a number of years, the copyright law experts from BOEHMERT &#038; BOEHMERT have regularly contributed summaries to the <em>NJW<\/em> on developments in copyright law at the national and the EU level and report on case law. Their conclusion this year: &#8220;The legislature has been very active in 2016. The rights of collection companies has now been specified in the VGG. The reform of copyright contract law with various new regulations for remuneration will place the industry before new challenges.
