In the recently published 2024\/25 edition of the JUVE Handbook of German Commercial Law Firms, the IP boutique BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT has been recommended in four areas of law. In addition to “Trademark & Design Law” and “Patent Law”, the areas of “Media: Contract and Copyright Law” and “Competition Law” are again highlighted.<\/p>\n

According to the JUVE jury, the large trademark team has many years of experience and is therefore an established name in the market. The close cooperation with the patent practice offers clients added value. The increased activity with start-ups with digital business models is in line with this.
