“Leading” is the verdict of the Leaders League jury this year for the attorneys at BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in the “Intellectual Property – Trademark Prosecution<\/a>” category. The trade mark team led by partners Peter Gross<\/a>, Dr. Florian Schwab<\/a> and Dr. Martin Wirtz<\/a> thus received the highest possible award, together with only one other law firm in Germany.<\/p>\n

The jury honored BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT with an “Excellent” rating in the areas of “Trademark Litigation<\/a>” and “Patent Prosecution<\/a>“.
\nIn addition to the aforementioned Peter Gross<\/a>, Dr. Florian Schwab<\/a> and Dr. Martin Wirtz<\/a>, Dr. Andreas Dustmann<\/a>, Silke Freund<\/a>, Dr. Carl-Richard Haarmann<\/a> as well as Dr. Eckhard Ratjen<\/a> were also singled out in the trade mark sector.
\nChristoph Angerhausen<\/a>, Christian W. Appelt<\/a>, Dr. Markus Engelhard<\/a>, Dr. Steffen Schmidt<\/a>, Dr. Volker Scholz<\/a> and Dr. Jakob Valvoda<\/a> receive special mention in the patent area.<\/p>\n

The law firm was awarded “highly recommended” for the areas of “Patent Litigation<\/a>” with Dr. Carl Richard Haarmann<\/a> and Dr. Michael R\u00fcberg<\/a> as well as “Media, Sports & Entertainment<\/a>” with Dr. Rudolf B\u00f6ckenholt<\/a>, Silke Freund<\/a> and Dr. Martin Schaefer<\/a>.<\/p>\n
