“Best Lawyer in Germany 2025” title for 19 patent attorneys and attorneys at law. Dr.\u00a0Martin Schaefer is honored as “Lawyer of the Year 2025”. Jury highlights Fabio Adinolfi and Dr.\u00a0Alexander Thamer as “Ones to Watch in Germany 2025”.<\/h2>\n

In its 16th edition, the US specialist publisher “Best Lawyers” honors numerous BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT patent attorneys and attorneys at law with the title “Best Lawyer German 2025”.<\/p>\n

Dr. Martin Schaefer<\/a> also receives special recognition as “Lawyer of the Year 2025” in the “Entertainment Law” category.
\nThe BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and attorney at law works at the Berlin office in the field of copyright law and copyright contract law in the music, literature, visual arts, design, architecture, science, software and games sectors. His particular focus is on legal issues relating to the music industry as well as collective and individual rights management. Dr. Schaefer was already awarded this title last year in the category “Intellectual Property Law”.<\/p>\n

With the title “Ones to Watch in Germany 2025”, the jury singled out the two attorneys at law Dr. Alexander Thamer<\/a> and Fabio Adinolfi.
\nDr. Alexander Thamer works in trade mark, competition and copyright law at the Berlin office. His tasks include the registration and defense of intellectual property rights in official proceedings as well as extrajudicial and judicial representation in infringement proceedings, both on the assets and liabilities side. A particular focus of his practice is in the field of copyright law.
\nFabio Adinolfi deals with trade mark, design, copyright and competition law at the Munich office. He advises and represents national and international companies with regard to protection and registration strategies as well as in legal infringement proceedings. He is also active at German and EU level in official proceedings of all kinds.<\/p>\n
