In the current ranking of the IP guide “Managing Intellectual Property IP Stars”, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT once again holds a top position among IP law firms in Germany in the categories “Patent prosecution” and “Trade mark – patent & trade mark attorney firms” with the distinction “Tier 1”.<\/p>\n

In addition, the firm was ranked as “Tier 3” in the areas of “Copyright & related rights” and “Patent disputes – patent & trade mark attorney forms”.<\/p>\n

The patent attorneys Christian W. Appelt<\/a> and Dr. Markus Engelhard<\/a> are particularly highlighted and honored with the title “IP Star 2023”.
\nThe “Patent Star 2023” award goes to Dr. Thomas L. Bittner<\/a> and Dr. Stefan Schohe<\/a>.
