The law firm receives the title “Law Firm of the Year 2024” for the category “Intellectual Property” in Germany. Dr. Martin Schaefer is honored by the jury as “Lawyer of the Year 2024”.<\/h2>\n

In its current ranking, the U.S. trade publication “Best Lawyers” recognizes BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT with the title “Law Firm of the Year 2024” in the category “Intellectual Property”. Since the jury awards this title only once for each legal field and country, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT can thus consider itself at the top of the intellectual property law firms in Germany.<\/p>\n

With the title “Lawyer of the Year 2024”, Dr. Martin Schaefer<\/a> also receives outstanding recognition. At the Berlin office, the BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and attorney at law deals with the field of copyright as well as copyright contract law in the music, literature, fine arts, design, architecture, science, software and games industries. His particular focus is on legal issues relating to the music industry as well as collective and individual rights administration.<\/p>\n
