BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT patent attorney and partner Christian W. Appelt will once again be giving a lecture at the \u201cJahrestagung f\u00fcr Gewerblichen Rechtsschutz der Heinrich-Heine-Universit\u00e4t D\u00fcsseldorf\u201d (annual conference on intellectual property law of the Heinrich Heine University in Dusseldorf) on March 23 and 24, 2023, at the Industrieclub D\u00fcsseldorf.<\/p>\n

His presentation on \u201eAktuelle Entscheidungspraxis der Beschwerdekammern des EPA\u201c (current decision practice of the EPO Boards of Appeal) is scheduled as the first lecture before the plenary session on March 24, 2023. from 9.15 am.<\/p>\n
