Workshop on the subject \u201eStrategic aspects of German patent law and practice in view of the UPC\u201d<\/h2>\n

What are the advantages of German national patent rights over a unitary patent? Are both possibilities compatible? Is it better to litigate before the UPC or before national courts? What to do in case a unitary patent is limited or revoked following an attack before the UPC? Is a German national patent a good back up?<\/p>\n

We will be happy to address these and other questions during the event we will be hosting in Barcelona on January 9, 2023. 5 German and European patent attorneys of Boehmert & Boehmert will be there to discuss the strategic advantages German patent law offers to international clients, in particular in view of the upcoming entry into force of the UPC.<\/p>\n

The event is aimed at patent professionals of our collaborating IP firms interested in knowing more about aspects of the German patent system that may be exploited by their clients.
