“Trademark workshops 2013” by BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT in Munich, Berlin, Duesseldorf and Bremen.

BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT will be continuing their successful series of “trademark workshops” in various locations this autumn. The dates for the individual workshops are:

“Munich trademark workshop” – Munich, 25th September 2013 “Berlin trademark workshop” – Berlin, 16th October 2013 “Duesseldorf trademark workshop” – Duesseldorf, 30th October 2013 “Bremen trademark workshop” – Bremen, 13th November 2013

The workshops are designed for trademark owners with some previous knowledge, but also for those with none in this area. Dr Rudolf Böckenholt, Dr Carl-Richard Haarmann, Dr Martin Wirtz and Dr Anke Nordemann-Schiffel will guide participants through various aspects of trademark law. This year the following topics will be dealt with: “Branding from the trademark lawyer’s perspective: why imaginative trademarks are better”, “Current jurisprudence in trademark law (European and German courts)” and “National and international trademark research – strategies and putting them into practice”. In addition there is an “Advertising law update” which explains the rules of advertising. All of the workshops start at 2pm and end at about 5pm.
