BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT invites interest parties to a free foundation seminar on trademark law for trademark holders on 14 March 2013. The trademark law specialists from the firm’s Munich office Gabriele Pfiszter, Dr Carl-Richard Haarmann, Dr Björn Bahlmann, Peter Gross and Dr. Florian Schwab will lead the seminar. They will discuss various aspects of trademark protection and collisions, the structure of international trademark portfolios as well as trademark modernisation, conflict resolution and border seizure. The speeches will be followed by a reception where an opportunity will be provided for further discussion. The seminar will be held at the Hotel Le Meridien in Munich and will begin at 15:00h and end at 18:00h
