Hendrik Schödder advises clients on intellectual property issues, particularly on trade mark and design prosecution and litigation. He counsels clients on the creation, expansion, and protection of their trade mark portfolios.

Hendrik Schödder studied at the University of Constance, the University of Bonn, the University of Prague and the University of Münster with a special focus on information, telecommunication and media law, as well as IP law. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf he had already joined BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT and obtained further extensive experiences in IP law at several other stages during his clerkship. He then worked for a patent attorney in Liechtenstein and obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) in IP Law.
Since 2015, he works as an attorney for BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT.
He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
