Hendrik Schödder advises clients on intellectual property issues, particularly on trademark and design prosecution and litigation. He counsels clients on the creation, expansion, and protection of their trademark portfolios.

Hendrik Schödder studied at the University of Constance, the University of Bonn, the University of Prague and the University of Münster with a special focus on information, telecommunication and media law, as well as IP law. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf he had already joined BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT and obtained further extensive experiences in IP law at several other stages during his clerkship. He then worked for a patent attorney in Liechtenstein. Since 2015, he has been working as an attorney for BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. Additionally, he is currently completing his LL.M studies in IP law.
He is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
