Speech by Dr R. T. Böckenholt to the Working Group against Product and Trademark Piracy

BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and lawyer Dr Rudolf T. Böckenholt will give a speech to the Member Meeting of the Action Group against Product and Trademark Piracy (APM) on 24 June 2014 in Berlin. His speech is entitled “Strategic Protection of Property Rights and Social Media Response”. The APM is a joint initiative of the German Association of Chambers of Trade and Industry (DIHK), the Federal Association of German Industry (BDI) and the Brand Association has since 1997 has worked as an Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property.
