SPARK lecture on “Intellectual Property” – by Dr Ute Kilger.

The SPARK Educational Forum Lecture will take place on 1 November at the Charité Berlin with Dr. Ute Kilger on the topic “Intellectual Property” and subsequent discussion (Craig Garner and Ute Kilger). Dr Kilger will look at issues of patent law, in particular in the field of life sciences, and how to go about obtaining a patent or patentability vs. freedom-to-operate.
SPARK is an initiative established at Stanford University which seeks to speed up and promote the implementation of discoveries and projects across disciplines. The event will be held at Campus Charité Mitte, Virchowweg 6, (Charité Cross Over Building), CCO Auditorium, Berlin from 5-7 p.m.. Further information
