On 9 November 2012, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Dr Christian Czychowski, certified lawyer for copyright and media law, and patent lawyer and partner Dr Thomas L. Bittner will hold a seminar in Munich entitled “Software and Property Rights”. The seminar will look at the legal possibilities for the protection of software from a copyright and patent-law perspective. The seminar is geared towards patent lawyers and other practising lawyers as well as industry employees and small and medium-sized companies (SMEs). The seminar is organised by the German Lawyers Academy.
