Seminar on Publishing Law with Dr Anke Nordemann-Schiffel.

A seminar will be held on publishing law on 13 November 2010 in Frankfurt. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT publishing expert Dr Anke Nordemann-Schiffel will give the seminar which will be geared towards lawyers and managers of publishing companies. Case law will be used to illuminate the fundamentals of publishing law and to provide the framework for a discussion of the peculiarities for non-copyright-protected products. Dr Nordemann-Schiffel will also look at publishing contracts, licences, foreign distribution and cooperation agreements with other publishing houses.
