Seminar “EPI Media Law Special” with Prof J. B. Nordemann.

On 22 November 2013, the Erich Pommer Institut (EPI) will hold a seminar EPI Media Law Special for solicitors, specialist lawyers, corporate lawyers and interested experts. Current developments in practice and case law will be explained and discussed using selected example cases. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and copyright expert Prof Jan Bernd Nordemann, who is also Legal Director of the EPI, will provide the section entitled “GTC assessment and grants of right by the author”. The seminar will be held in Berlin-Mitte and counts as further training for specialist lawyers active in the field of media and copyright law.
