Santa Clara University School of Law – Summer Programme with Professor H Goddar.

The Santa Clara University (SCU) School of Law is putting on its renowned Summer Programme in Munich and other places. As part of this on 2nd July 2013 BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT Partner Professor Heinz Goddar will be lecturing on the topics of “Employees’ Inventions” and “Patent Enforcement”. The SCU Summer Programme addresses issues and case studies around patent law, trademark law and copyright law in Europe and extends over about four weeks (16th June – 16th July). The number of participants is limited to 30 students.
