This year’s autumn conference of the Federal Association of German Patent Lawyers will take place on 7 and 8 October in Hamburg. The conference will also include a seminar entitled “Competition Law, Protection of Know-How, Copyright – Cross Discipline Areas of Patent Law Practice”. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Jan Bernd Nordemann will discuss “Copyright Law of Applied Art – the Limits of Intellectual Property Protection” on 8 October. The Federal Association of German Patent Lawyers is a voluntary association of patent lawyers. Alongside the German Patent Lawyer’s Association, the Federal Association is a further organisation representing patent lawyers.
