Prof J. B Nordemann gives speech on “TÜV decisions” at Berlin Law Society.

BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Jan Bernd Nordemann will give a speech on 29 April 2013 at the Berlin Law Society. The speech is entitled “The TÜV decisions and their consequences for practice in competition, brand and copyright law”. Jan Nordemann, specialist lawyer for copyright and media law and for intellectual property law, will explain how the TÜV decisions of the Federal Supreme Court will be applied differently in certain cases by lower courts and what consequences this could have for other areas of law.
