Prof H. Goddar explains “patent claims” for German Judicial Academy.

On 6 September 2012, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Heinz Goddar will give a speech entitled “Patent file, patent application, patent specification – Where’s the “dictionary” of patent claims” to the German Judicial Academy as part of the conference “Current developments in patent law in Germany and Europe”. The conference is aimed at civil law judges hearing patent cases as well as judges sitting at the Federal Patent Court. According to the German Judicial Academy, the aim of the conference is to allow participants an opportunity for deeper consideration of current legal questions on a national and European level. The German Judicial Academy is a superregional body with federal character and provides practice-orientated training to judges and state prosecutors. Further information
