Prof Dr Jan B. Nordemann to speak at IP Congress of the University of Southern California.

The USC Gould School of Law will hold an IP congress “Intellectual Institute 2011” on 22 March 2011, with a range of experts all active in the field of intellectual property. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Dr Jan Bernd Nordemann will speak here in the copyright session “ISP Liability: Viacom vs. YouTube and Beyond” and will explain the European perspective and outline the practice of international providers with respect to copyright infringement.
