Prof. Dr. J. B Nordemann to give talks at the autumn session of the German Bar Association’s working group on media and intellectual property in Berlin.

From the 18th to the 19th of October 2013, the autumn session of the DAV’s AGEM (German Bar Association’s working group on media and intellectual property) will take place. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann will give two talks in connection with this on October 19, on the subjects of “Controlling the contents of transfer of rights clauses and remuneration clauses in general terms and conditions”, and “A dispute with no end in sight: the TÜV (Technical Inspection Authority) rulings”.
