Prof. Dr. H. Goddar to chair at AUTM Asia 2011.

The International Technology Transfer Beijing Conference 2011 (AUTM Asia 2011) will take place from 14th till 16th April 2011 in Beijing, China. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof. Dr. Heinz Goddar will chair the discussion, participate in the panel and give lectures. His lecture topics are as follows: ‘Recent Developments relating to the European Union Patent Protection – State of System after European Court of Justice (ECJ) Opinion on March 8th 2011’ and ‘Patent Protection of Software in Europe – Recent Case Law of the European Patent Office (EPO) and the German Federal Court of Justice (GFCJ)’.
