Prof A. Nordemann gives speech at the “Jena Lectures”.

BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Axel Nordemann has been invited to speak on 7 February 2013 at the Jena Lectures on the Protection of Intellectual Property organised by the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität of Jena and the German Patent and Trademark Office, Jena Office. The subject of his speech will be: “Recent developments on the term copyright-protected work and its consequences in the field of Applied Art.” The speech will focus on current case law from the ECJ and the German Federal Supreme Court on the term as defined in § 2 UrhG.
