When you visit our website, we automatically gather and process the information that is automatically provided to us by the system (refer to Section 3 in this regard) and/or personal information that you provide voluntarily, in particular via our contact form (refer to Section 5 in this regard) or when ordering the publication “B&B-Bulletin“.

3. Information automatically gathered when visiting our website

When you visit our website or use our services, the device you use and the Internet browser with which you access our website automatically provides log data to our server. You can subscribe to our regularly published B&B Bulletin on our website. This bulletin is emailed up to four times a year. It contains short articles on current legal issues, case law developments, legislative news, or best practices and events, which are authored by the attorneys of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT. A subscription to this publication requires the provision of a separate declaration of consent and of an email address that is only stored for mailing the publication to this address. The distribution of the email newsletter is carried out by the email service provider Rocket Science Group, LLC (www.mailchimp.com), who is EU-US Privacy Shield certified. Therefore, an adequate data protection level can be assured. You may revoke your consent to the storing and use of the email address for the purpose of receiving the publication at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of every publication or by sending a message to BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT.
