Intellectual Property Seminar held by the Institute of European Studies in Macao.

On 23 and 24 May 2011, the Institute of European Studies of Macao (IEEM) will hold the 12th Annual IEEM IP Seminar in Macao. The topic at this year’s event is: “Consumers, Facilitators and Intermediaries – IP Infringers or Innocent Bystanders?“. Through the course of the two-day event, international legal experts will look at current case law in the countries they represent. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Jan Bernd Nordemann will set out “The German Perspective” in his lecture.
