“Industrial Property Rights on Insolvency” – Forum Seminar with BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner

The Forum Institute for Management will host the seminar “Industrial Property Rights on Insolvency” on 27.09.2010 in Mannheim. The seminar will look at how industrial property rights can be protected in case of insolvency. Speaking at the seminar will be BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Dr Klaus-Dieter Langfinger and Dr Thilo Schulze (Grub Brugger Lawyers, Stuttgart). The seminar will also treat “the Transferability of Licences”, “Exploitation of Property Rights” or “Enforcement of Claim against Administrators”. The seminar is geared towards senior managers and staff and companies active in patent, legal and R&D departments as well as towards patent lawyers active in industrial property rights and insolvency.
