IHK Halle – Expert Forum: Dr Dustmann explains copyright law for experts.

The Chamber of Trade and Industry Halle – Dessau will host an expert forum on 28 November 2013 for further training of all court appointed and sworn experts in the Halle – Dessau region. Here, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and copyright and media law specialist, Dr Andreas Dustmann will explain “copyright law and expert audits”. He will explain how far experts own copyright to their own reports and which third party copyright must be taken into account in compilation of the report.
