“Google, Watchever or ARD?” – Producer Brunch at the 64th Berlinale.

To mark the 64th Berlinale, media.connect brandenburg, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT and the Permanent Representative of Brandenburg will hold the third Producer Brunch on 10 February 2014. This year, the title will be “Google, Watchever or ARD?: Who will be the dominant player in Internet television and what should right holders prepare for in future?”. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof. Jan Bernd Nordemann will give the keynote speech on “WIPO Treaty on the Protection of Broadcasting Organisations – performance protection for broadcasters also on the Internet?” . BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Dr. Martin Schaefer will host all panels. The event begins at 10 a.m. in the Kurfürstensaal at the Permanent Representative of Brandenburg in Berlin.
