Bremen Chamber of Commerce and the Enterprise Europe Network Bremen are holding a workshop on the 15th of May, 2013, on the topic of licence agreements. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and patent attorney Dr. Uwe Manasse and partner and attorney Malte Nentwig will discuss “The A to Z of licence agreements” and provide an overview of their correct form. Further aspects of the workshop are the calculation and representation of licence fees and how to successfully negotiate licence agreements.
