Dr Dustmann explains copyright law for experts.

On 6 June 2012, Thuringia’s Chambers of Trade and Industry held the 9th Expert Day, for further training of all official experts in the State of Thuringia. The event stands under the motto “Experts in the Digital Era” and will cover copyright law, modern media and competition. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partners and copyright and media law specialist, Dr Andreas Dustmann will explain “copyright law in expert audits”. He will explain how far experts own copyright to their own reports and which third party copyright must be taken into account in compilation of the report.
