The Action Group against Product and Brand Piracy (APM) will host a workshop seminar in Berlin on 2 July 2012, prior to its annual members meeting. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Dr Markus Engelhard and Dr Andreas Dustmann will speak in two of the workshops on offer. Dr Engelhard will speak on “Acquisition and Enforcement of Protection Rights in India”; Dr Dustmann will speak on current developments on “Protection of Product and Packaging Design”. The Action Group against Product and Brand Piracy (APM) has been active as a cross-discipline association for the protection of intellectual property since 1997. It is a join initiative of the German Association of Chambers of Trade and Industry (DIHK), the Federal Association of German industry (BDI) and the Brand Association.
