CEPIC congress in Berlin with two speeches from Prof J. B. Nordemann

The “CEPIC, Centre of the picture industry” will hold its congress this year between 04 June and 07. June 2014 in Berlin. CEPIC sees itself as the centre of the picture industry and coordinates the concerns and interests of picture agencies and photo archives both within and outside the European Union. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and lawyer Prof Jan Bernd Nordemann will give a speech on Friday, 06 June on “Social Media: Terms & Conditions”. In the afternoon, Nordemann will take part in a workshop on copyright and competition law with respect to Google Images and the impact on the picture business as speaker.
