BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT Trade Mark Seminar in Munich in March 2011.

On 22 March 2011, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT will offer a free basic seminar on trade mark issues for current and potential trade mark holders. Trade mark specialists from BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT’s Munich offices, Mrs M Huth-Dierung, Dr F Schwab, Dr V. Schmitz-Fohrmann, Dr E. Warnke and Dr B. Bahlmann will discuss various aspects of the development of an individual trade mark registration strategy, from proper trade mark research to sustainable trade mark defence and profitable exploitation of trade marks. The speeches will be followed by a reception where an opportunity will be provided for further discussion. The seminar will be held at the Hotel Le Meridien in Munich and will begin at 15:00h and end at 18:00h.
