BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT seminar “Arrangement of R&D Collaboration Agreements” on 21 February 2013.

Together with the consultancy Accuracy Deutschland and the Best Excellence Initiative Rhein-Main of the F.A.Z Institute, the Frankfurt office of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT will hold a seminar on the “Arrangement of R&D Collaboration Agreements” on 21 February 2013. It provides insight into the arrangement of such collaboration agreements between companies and universities as well as with publicly subsidised projects. It also explains the monetary valuation and protection of access to contributed and jointly created intangible assets.
