BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT: “Advanced Patent Law Seminar 2014” in Munich on 12 November 2014.

On 12 November 2014, the Munich office of BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT will hold a “Advanced Patent Law Seminar” hosted by partner and patent lawyer Nils T. F. Schmid. The seminar is aimed at medium-sized companies with prior knowledge in this field. The patent lawyers Nils T. F. Schmid, Dr. Stefan Schohe, Eva Liesegang, Dr. Steffen Schmidt and Felix Hermann will cover various aspects of patent law. The topics covered stretch from “Patent strategy: Opportunities and Risks” to “Enforcement of Patent Rights: Patent Infringement” as well as “Invalidity/Opposition” and “Licence Law”. The seminar begins at 3 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m. with subsequent get-together.
