“Assertion of Music Copyright” – Current Seminar by the Erich Pommer Institute

BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT music expert Dr Martin Schaefer will hold the seminar “GEMA, Agencies, Music Publishers: No Clarification in Sight for Assertion of Music Copyright?”. As far as the assertion of music copyright is concerned, the legal situation is currently unclear. Dr Martin Schaefer will explain the background in the seminar and will show pragmatic means of the acquisition of right.
