“Annual Biosimilars Summit” in Berlin with Dr U Kilger.

The first Annual Biosimilars Summit will take place in Berlin from 11 to 12 June 2015. The summit will bring together experts in this field of biotechnology who will speak on strategies, experiences and recent developments on the European market. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner and patent lawyer Dr. Ute Kilger will present the Case Study “Recent SPC legislation and it´s impact on Biosimilar Development” at this conference on 11 June. A biosimilar is a biological medicinal product which is a copy of the original product manufactured by a different company. Biosimilars are officially approved version of the original innovator product and are considered an important international growth market of the future.
