AIPPI Swiss Day 2013: Prof. Dr. J. B Nordemann explains the process of “Warning procedures in IP practice”.

On 30 May 2013, the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), Switzerland, is holding its annual meeting as well as the AIPPI Swiss Day 2013 in Bern. The theme of this year’s meeting is “The warning process in IP practice: an international comparison”. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann and the colleagues N. The talks are aimed at familiarising an audience of experienced Swiss lawyers, in-house consultants, patent and trademark lawyers with the respective, different conditions and legal consequences of the formal warning in the concrete case of an infringement.
