“Advanced Professional IP Update” – with Prof. Dr. J. B. Nordemann.

The Institute of European Studies of Macao (IEEM) will hold an IP Seminar on 21 May 2011 in Hong Kong. The seminar is entitled “Advanced Professional IP Update on Europe, the Americas and Asia”. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Jan Bernd Nordemann will hold a speech at the seminar entitled: „New Developments in European Copyright Law – Case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union from 2008 to 3/2011” and will illuminate recent developments in European copyright law. Numerous legal experts from Europe, the US and Asia will also present and discus their “updates”. Further information
