Prof Christian Czychowski explains rights in respect of data and what companies should know

Who owns the data generated by a Smart Car? What happens with the data generated by the use of Google Maps? Have data not already long since been used as the currency, respectively as recompense, for the use of internet-based services? Are the existing legal instruments sufficient? What must companies pay attention to?
