Kluwer Copyright Blog: Prof. Dr. Jan B. Nordemann on the “Reality II” case.

BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof. Dr. Jan Bernd Nordemann wrote a new post in the copyright blog of the Wolters Kluwer specialist publishing house on 10.02.2016. In his post, which is entitled “Linking to illegal content unlawful under copyright law, according to the German BGH”, he comments on the decision of the Federal Supreme Court (BGH) of 9 July 2015 (case ref. I ZR 46/12) on the “Reality II” case. This case dealt with the issue of the admissibility under copyright law of framing, in which the content of one website is illustrated in certain sections of the browser window of a different website. Posts by legal experts from the fields of copyright law with a European and international focus are published and discussed in the Kluwer Copyright Blog (KCRB). The blog post can be called up here.
