"Störerhaftung (Liability for Interference) – Explained" – Three further lecture dates in the GRUR area groups.
Following on from the interest in the November lecture on "Liability for Interference (Störerhaftung) - New Case Law", BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Jan Bernd Nordemann will give three further lectures at the invitation of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR): On 22 February 2010 in Cologne, on 4 March 2010 in Leipzig and on 19 May 2010 in Stuttgart. His lectures will concentrate on current case law on internet-based copyright breaches which can often only be addressed through the liability of other connected parties - e.g. internet service providers. These parties can be sued under the principle of "liability for interference" (Störerhaftung).
