To mark the appearance of the 11th edition of the Copyright Commentary Fromm/Nordemann, BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT and the Erich Pommer Institute held a copyright symposium on 7 July 2014. “The difficult demarcation between dependent editing and free use in copyright”. Among the speakers are the two most significant German copyright experts Prof. Paul Hertin who will give a speech entitled “Satire and Parody in Copyright” and Prof Ulrich Loewenheim on “Borderline Cases of Free and Non-free Use”.
