On 22 October 2013, Bavarian Association of Metal Working and Electronics Companies (bayme) and The Association of the Bavarian Metal Working and Electronics Industry (vbm) will hold the Bavarian Patent Congress 2013. Here, BOEHMERT & BOEHERT partner and expert Prof. Jan Bernd Nordemann will explain legal aspects in “Brand and Design Protection as Weapon in Competition”.
