The separation rule from the perspective of media, press and competition law”. Directive 2010/13/EU was recently transposed into German law bringing with it changes for audio-visual media services, both for private as well as public broadcasting. The event programme is arranged so that attending it will allow a further training certificate pursuant to § 15 FAO to be issued both for industrial property rights as well as for copyright and media law.
