BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Prof Heinz Goddar will open the “Europe Asia Patent and Patent Information Conference 2012 (EAP2IC)” as keynote speaker on 13 July in Singapore. The event stands under the motto: “IP – the New Currency?”. Prof Goddar will also speak on: “Patents – the New Currency of Modern Trading?”.
The Action Group against Product and Brand Piracy (APM) will host a workshop seminar in Berlin on 2 July 2012, prior to its annual members meeting. BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT partner Dr Markus Engelhard and Dr Andreas Dustmann will speak in two of the workshops on offer. Dr Engelhard will speak on “Acquisition and Enforcement of Protection Rights in India”; Dr Dustmann will speak on current developments on “Protection of Product and Packaging Design”.
